Description & History: Located along the scenic Sandusky River. The site is owned by the state. The Park District has a lease agreement. Site includes grills, well water, restrooms (pit toilets), open play area, nature trails, access to Sandusky River for canoeing or fishing.  The Buckeye Trail, a statewide hiking trail, runs through Wolf Creek Park. 

Campground: Open April 15 - November 15 (These dates are NEW for 2013) with 24 "primitive" sites (no hook up for water or electric) at $15 per site per night. No reservations are taken, all sites are first-come, first-serve. You are allowed up to 8 people per site, with 2 tents OR 1 camper & 1 tent per site. Registration is on the honor system at the campground entrance. Rangers drive through the park at random.

Sandusky County youth groups camp free with two weeks notice through the Park Office: 419-334-4495.
Each site has a table and a fire ring, bring your own firewood.

Reserve a Shelter: There is one shelter on site - $40 Sandusky County residents, $50 non-residents, 10 tables, serving approximately 60-80 people. You may bring your own chairs, tables, grills on site. When not reserved, shelter is on a first come, first serve basis.
