The Wilson Nature Center opened in 2014 following a generous donation by Sharon and Joe Wilson as well as a capital campaign.  The Wilson Nature Center consists of animals displays, hands-on activities, an educational classroom, a nature library and a window on wildlife area.  The Wilson Nature Center is the main location of the Sandusky County Park District's educational programs for schools, service clubs, and scout programs.
